Frequently Asked Questions

Cookie Questions

Where will I pick up my order?

Orders will be picked up from my home off of Parkview Hills Lane in Fort Worth, Texas, 76179. The exact address will be given before pick up, and a specific time will be arranged beforehand.

Can you deliver my order?

Orders can be delivered to the Fort Worth/Mid-Cities/Arlington area for additional fees depending on mileage.

Can you ship cookies?

Yep! Cookies are shipped through the USPS using flat rate boxes. Shipping and handling costs start at $25.

*Disclaimer: I am not responsible for USPS shipping delays and will not issue refunds for cookies that are delivered later than the USPS anticipated delivery date. I will ship your cookies 3-4 business days before you need them, and USPS flat rate boxes typically take 1-3 business days to arrive.

How should I store my cookies?

Cookies should be kept in an air-tight container at room temperature. Refrigeration or freezing can lead to condensation that can result in color bleeding.

How long to the cookies last?

Cookies should be consumed within 2-3 weeks of delivery. Beyond that, they won’t make you sick, they just won’t be very fresh. The sooner you enjoy them, the softer they’ll be.

I have food allergies. Can I eat your cookies?

A standard batch of sugar cookies contains butter, powdered sugar, all purpose flour, egg, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, meringue powder, and gel food color. Gluten free cookies can be made upon request for an additional charge.

If I order in bulk, can you offer a discount?

Unfortunately, no. Each cookie is made completely from scratch and decorated individually by hand by me, Large orders require much more time and supplies, so the cost per dozen remains the same as a smaller order.

Photography Questions

How will I get my photos?

You will receive a link to your photos within two weeks of your session. From there, you will be able to download your full-sized images and purchase additional images if available.

What if I need my photos sooner?

In most cases, a rush fee can be added to ensure your photo gallery is delivered by a specific date. This fee will be dependent on how soon you need your photos and how many photos your package includes.

Where should I get my photos printed?

That’s completely up to you, but I use Shutterfly for my own personal photos. Plus, they send out codes for freebies all the time if you have an account. Places like CVS and Walgreens are good if you’re in a hurry, but from my experience, the quality isn’t the best.

What should I wear for my pictures?

Wear something that’s comfortable! You can find lots of blog and Pinterest posts that give ideas for outfits. If you need help deciding, I’m more than happy to help!

What experience do you have with theatrical photography?

My husband has been a high school theatre teacher since 2012, and I have been photographing his students’ shows since 2018. Over the years, he’s given me a lot of feedback on what makes a good show photo, and I’ve really grown to love the challenge of photographing live theatre.
